Your mailing address
The product name (e.g., The Rose Oracle, Work Your Light Oracle)
A short note about the missing card (e.g., “Card #33 is missing from my Starseed Oracle deck.”)
We’ll get your missing card to you as soon as possible so your deck can feel whole again—and you can get back to connecting with the guidance that’s ready and waiting. Unfortunately, there is not an option to replace or purchase individual cards should they get lost or stolen.
