If your new Oracle deck is missing a card, we’re happy to send you a replacement card, free of charge. Unfortunately, there is not an option to replace or purchase individual cards should they get lost or stolen.
Here’s what to do:
Submit a support request via our contact form or email us directly.

Your full name
Your mailing address
The product name (e.g., The Rose Oracle, Work Your Light Oracle)
A short note about the missing card (e.g., “Card #33 is missing from my Starseed Oracle deck.”)
We’ll get your missing card to you as soon as possible so your deck can feel whole again—and you can get back to connecting with the guidance that’s ready and waiting.
Lost Or Stolen Cards
If you've lost or had an oracle card from your used deck go missing, you may wish to purchase a new deck as a "back up," to replace any cards needed. If cost is a concern, perhaps purchasing a used/in new condition will better accomodate.
